Payment and Billing: We accept payments via UPI, cards, and net banking. Payment must be made in full before availing of our services. In case of any billing disputes, please write to us at bookings@vtourist.in.
Cancellation: To cancel your ride, please write an email to bookings@vtourist.in. We will inform you of the cancellation fees. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will be subject to a cancellation fee.
Liability: We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your personal belongings during the service. We advise our customers to take proper care of their belongings while using our services.
Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising out of the use of our services shall be governed by the laws of the Government of Karnataka. Any legal action shall be taken only in the courts of Bangalore.
Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and patents, are the property of Vijayalakshmi Tourist. No user shall use, copy, or reproduce any of our intellectual property without prior written permission.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Vijayalakshmi Tourist harmless from any claims arising out of your use of our services. You also agree to bear the costs of any legal proceedings in case of any disputes arising out of your use of our services.

Refund/Cancellation Policy:
